Choice of mode: The comparison between bag cultivation and bottle cultivation has always existed.

Bag cultivation equipment has made progress in recent years, but there is still a gap compared with

bottle cutting equipment. Bottle filling machines have fast bottling speed, low failure rate, high stability,

small error, and are better than bag filling machines. In the bag cultivation mode, a lot of manpower is

required in the scratching stage, which increases the cost. With the integration of the two modes,

some companies have successfully combined bag cultivation and bottle cultivation, such as using

thin bottles + shelf cultivation, increasing the volume and bottle mouth diameter, obtaining high yields,

and saving costs. However, the shelf investment is also high.

Cultivation bag size: At present, the mainstream cultivation bag specifications for factory cultivation

of white jade mushrooms are 18.5 cm and 19 cm. With the advancement of technology and the updating

of equipment, some companies have begun to use 20 cm or even 22 cm bags. The increase in bag folding

diameter can increase the loading amount and mushroom production area, thereby increasing the single

bag output and reducing production costs. However, each factory should choose the mushroom bag

specifications after comprehensive consideration based on its own equipment, shelf and cultivation placement.

Stability of strains: In factory cultivation, strains should remain stable for a long time. At present, solid strains

are still used in small-package bottle cultivation mode, while liquid strains are used in other cultivation conditions.

The cultivation cycle of enoki mushrooms is long. Even if liquid strains are used, the strain switching and use cycle

is still more than half a year. Therefore, strain management should be strengthened to ensure stable supply,

and spare strains should be selected to ensure the vitality of the main varieties.

Prevention and control of enoki mushrooms: Both white jade mushrooms and oyster mushrooms have "nodule caps",

also known as "salt mushrooms", which have various manifestations and affect quality. The fruiting environment

(including CO2 concentration, air humidity, dry and wet alternation, etc.) is the external cause of "nodule caps",

and the strain characteristics are the internal cause. Different strains produce different degrees of "nodule caps"。

Choosing the right strain can avoid this problem.

Oenoki mushrooms are the mushroom species with a longer cultivation cycle among factory wood-rotting fungi,

which is very unfavorable for capital reflux. Under the condition of ensuring the mycelium after-ripening,

adjusting parameters and shortening the cycle is the best policy. Attention should be paid to the environmental

sanitation of the culture warehouse, and successful companies all attach importance to sanitation cleaning and disinfection.
