1. Open the bag and scratch the mushroom

After the white jade mushroom bag matures, remove the cultivation basket from the shelf, remove the bag cover and ring, manually turn the bag mouth, fold the bag to 3~4 cm above the material surface, and dig out the old mushroom skin in the middle hole. A special person needs to be assigned to pick out the contaminated mushroom bags.


2. Shelf

After the cultivation bag is opened, the material surface should be sprayed with water. Generally, the water injection volume is required to be 40~50 ml. After the water injection is completed, the cultivation basket enters the fruiting warehouse through the assembly line and is put on the shelf. Before the warehouse is used, it is necessary to use ozone for disinfection to reduce the risk of disease during the fruiting process.


3. Bud promotion

In the bud promotion stage, appropriate temperature, humidity, light, and CO concentration conditions are given to artificially simulate the most suitable environmental conditions for the growth of fruiting bodies, promote the twisting of hyphae to grow primordia, and the temperature is generally controlled at 15~16℃, the humidity is 95%~98%, and the COa concentration is controlled at 0.3%~0.4%. The primordia can be seen on the surface of the material on the 6th to 8th day. During the bud-inducing stage, intermittent short-term light can be used to promote the formation of primordium.


4. Mushroom bud differentiation

Under appropriate light, temperature, water and air conditions, mushroom buds begin to differentiate. On the 9th to 11th day, the CO2 concentration can be increased to 0.6% to 0.8% to stimulate the mushroom buds to make them more neat. You can also cover the bag mouth with non-woven fabric or woven bags on the 8th to 12th day to increase the CO2 concentration at the bag mouth. After the mushroom buds are differentiated, they grow more neatly, the base of the stipe is thicker, and the cap is smaller. When the cap grows out of the bag mouth, it enters a rapid growth period.

5. Rapid growth period of mushroom buds

After the mushroom buds grow out of the bag mouth, they are exposed to oxygen from the outside world. At the same time, they grow faster under the influence of wind, the stipes are elongated, and the caps begin to gradually grow larger. During this period, the air humidity should be increased to prevent the caps from being unevenly dry and wet and producing "tumor mushrooms". After the 19th day, light will be turned on gradually, but because white jade mushrooms are sensitive to light, the light time during this period should not be too long to prevent the caps from growing too early.
