1. Sterilization

The sterilization process should ensure a stable supply of steam, and at the same time, the effective time of sterilization should be guaranteed to prevent incomplete sterilization due to insufficient temperature or insufficient time. To ensure the success rate of sterilization, a high-temperature temperature recorder can be placed in the bacteria bag to monitor the temperature changes of the culture medium during the sterilization process. The sterilization procedures adopted by different manufacturers are slightly different.

2. Cooling

After sterilization, the cultivation bag is moved to a clean room with high cleanliness. Through forced cooling, the temperature of the culture medium is quickly reduced to 19~22℃ (appropriately increased in winter). A large amount of cold air needs to be inhaled during cooling, and the air cleanliness of the cooling room must be ensured to prevent contamination by miscellaneous bacteria.

3. Inoculation

Inoculate after the culture medium is cooled. White jade mushroom bag cultivation uses liquid bacteria, with a bacterial age of 7~8 days and a mycelium concentration of 0.8%~1.2%. Inoculation is carried out under FFU, with an inoculation volume of 26~30 ml. Too little inoculation affects the speed of bacterial growth, and too much inoculation is prone to water accumulation.
