2. Mixing

Stir until entering the sterilizer, and complete it within 2 hours, especially at high temperatures to prevent "acid materials"
3. Bagging and shelving
After the culture medium is stirred, it is conveyed to the hopper of the fully automatic bagging machine through the assembly line. The bagging machine automatically completes the steps of bagging, loading, punching, ringing, covering, and basketing. Every 12 bags are put into the plastic basket as a unit, and then sent to the shelving machine by the assembly line. When bagging, it is necessary to ensure that the culture medium is loose and tight and the holes are complete. Before shelving, a special person is required to select bad mushroom bags and reprocess them to ensure the qualified rate of mushroom bags.
