Brewer's grains

It is composed of malt husks, leaf buds, insoluble protein, hemicellulose, fat, ash, and a small amount of undecomposed starch and soluble extracts. Its dry matter contains 25.13% crude protein, 7.13% crude fat, 13.81% crude fiber, 3.64% ash, 0.4% calcium, 0.57% phosphorus, and rich trace elements such as manganese, iron, copper, etc. Although it is called "beer's grains", it is not the grains of brewing fermentation, but the filter residue directly obtained after the saccharification process, so it has high energy and sugar content and rich nutrition. However, due to the protein and alcohol content, the addition amount should be controlled at 1%~3%.
