        If the intention is to simulate the ecological environment of wild shiitake mushrooms and carry out factory cultivation, it is necessary

concentration of C02 is maintained below 0.08%. environment, even with the help of light strips for supplementary lighting, the light intensity is difficult to exceed the threshold of 500 lux.


        When shiitake mushrooms are produced, they are produced at irregular locations and at irregular times. The labor cost of harvesting

 shiitake mushrooms is several times that of other cluster fungi (such as enoki mushrooms). The economic cost of factory-based cultivation 

of shiitake mushrooms will be several times the energy consumed by shiitake mushrooms in the appropriate season. Moreover, the development

 mechanism of shiitake mushrooms needs to be deeply analyzed, and the development process of shiitake mushrooms, the physiological changes 

at each development stage, and the accurate parameters of environmental temperature, light, water, and air need to be clarified. At present, 

it is still in the stage of empirical cultivation, and it is still far from the goal of annual factory cultivation. It still requires multidisciplinary cooperation.


        This is why only seasonal cultivation can be carried out at present.
