Close the air inlet valve and exhaust on one side of the prepared fermenter, open the exhaust on the other side,
and pull it into the large production sterilizer for sterilization. The sterilization procedure is to keep it at 107℃ for 30 minutes,
keep it at 115℃ for 10 minutes,and keep it at 123℃ for 90 minutes. After sterilization, pull the fermenter out of the sterilizer
and move it to the fermenter cooling room, and use refrigeration and water spray for cooling. Usually, the water spray time in
spring and summer is slightly longer than that in autumn and winter.
