The cleaning and preparation of fermentation tanks include disassembly, cleaning, drying, assembly,
feeding, water addition, cover, and inflation inspection
After using the fermentation tank, disassemble all pipes and spare parts, including flanges, small top covers,
drain pipes, air inlet pipes, exhaust pipes, sealing rings, gaskets, etc.; check the one-way valve, bacterial filter,
visual mirror, etc.; regularly replace silicone tubes, sealing rings, gaskets and bacterial filters
Use a brush to thoroughly clean the inner and outer walls of the tank, and use purified water to rinse
all pipes and seals
After drying all spare parts, assemble them, feed and add water according to the formula.
The formula of the Flammulina velutipes fermentation tank is 2: 20 kg of white sugar + 2.5 kg of soybean meal
+ 600 g of magnesium sulfate + 500 g of potassium dihydrogen phosphate + 100 g of potassium dihydrogen phosphate
+ 50 ml of defoaming agent + 1000 liters of purified water, and adjust the pH to 5.80 ~ 6.20. After weighing all the
raw materials, dissolve the white sugar with hot water, dissolve other reagents with normal temperature water,
stir evenly and put them into the fermentation tank through a 1 mm filter. Use a syringe to inject the defoamer
directly into the tank culture liquid, add purified water to the standard water
Assemble the flange, tighten the screws symmetrically one by one, then inflate to check the air tightness,
observe the liquid level with a flashlight, and use soapy water to check the flange, small top cover and other joints.
This is one of the key factors for the success of canning.
