        Liquid strain stock uses shake bottle seed, because its corresponding fermentation tank inoculation caliber is different,

 there are two types: triangular bottle and suction bottle. The filter on the suction bottle is connected to the copper tube, 

and the diameter of the copper tube corresponds to the inoculation caliber of the fixed tank. Shake bottle uses cotton

plug or silicone plug. The cotton plug should be combed cotton with good air permeability, and absorbent cotton 

should not be used.

         Shake bottle seed formula, the main raw materials are white sugar, soybean meal powder or soy milk treasure 

(soy concentrated protein), magnesium sulfate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, corn flour, yeast powder or yeast paste, 

protein chen, etc. can also be added as needed, and dilute hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide or potassium dihydrogen 

phosphate is used to adjust the pH value.

T       here are also special liquid strain culture media on the market, which are easy to use. The formula of commonly used 

liquid strain culture media is as follows:

        Formula 1: 20 grams of white sugar + 5 grams of soybean meal powder + 0.6 grams of magnesium sulfate + 0.6 grams 

of potassium dihydrogen phosphate + 1 liter of purified water.

        Formula 2: 20g white sugar + 5g soybean meal powder + 3g magnesium sulfate + 3g potassium dihydrogen phosphate + 

1 liter purified water.

        Formula 3: 16g white sugar + 4g soybean meal powder + 1g corn flour + 1g yeast powder + 1g protein pig + 1g 

magnesium sulfate + 1g potassium dihydrogen phosphate + 1 liter purified water.

        Formula 4: 16g white sugar + 4g soybean meal powder + 2g corn flour + 2g yeast powder + 1g magnesium sulfate 

+ 1g potassium dihydrogen phosphate + 1 liter purified water.

        Formula 5: 10g liquid culture medium + 1 liter purified water.
