The evaluation criteria of culture plate fungi can be carried out through the following aspects:

the color, density, and fluffiness of aerial hyphae, the concentric or radial shape of hyphae,

the presence of spots, the presence of dark secretions (such as secretions of Phellinus linteus,

Ganoderma lucidum, and Boletus edulis), the degree and size of hyphae wrapping in the inoculated block,

the size of the colony, the uniformity of the edges (such as missing corners, serrations, and irregular shapes),

the presence of powder spores (such as Flammulina velutipes and Pleurotus eryngii), thick-walled spores

(such as Volvariella volvacea and Agaricus variegata), whether the bottom culture medium is dry and cracked

(such as Boletus edulis and Pleurotus eryngii), and whether primordia occur (such as Pleurotus eryngii).
