(1) Task: Inoculation. Personnel must possess an awareness of aseptic techniques and a strong sense of responsibility—accountable to the company, the growers, and themselves.
(2) Standard: Survival rate of 97% or higher.
(3) Operating Procedures
① Thoroughly disinfect the greenhouse area designated for inoculation before starting.
② Prepare all necessary materials and tools—spawn, paper, fruiting rings, rubber bands, etc.—prior to inoculation.
③ Disinfect hands with 75% alcohol and sterilize tools with disinfectant before inoculation.
④ Inoculate with the specified amount of spawn; avoid using too much or too little.
⑤ Handle materials gently; movements must be light, fast, steady, and precise.
⑥ Distribute spawn evenly; the coverage rate on the inoculation surface must exceed 90%.
⑦ Position plastic rings correctly, ensuring they sit flush against the substrate surface. Smooth and tighten the plastic at the bag opening, align the paper properly, and secure the rubber band firmly to prevent it from slipping off.
⑧ Stack inoculated logs neatly.
⑨ Re-disinfect hands after any break or restroom visit before resuming inoculation.
⑩ Minimize movement during the inoculation process; horseplay or fooling around is strictly prohibited.
⑪ Carefully inspect spawn for signs of contamination by other fungi; discard any spawn showing abnormalities.
⑫ Inoculate cooled logs promptly; do not leave them sitting for extended periods.
⑬ Clean the work area immediately after inoculation; gather and properly store all tools and materials.
⑭ Label inoculated logs clearly, noting the quantity and the person responsible.
⑮ Fill out the daily report form as required—recording inoculation quantity, spawn usage, personnel, work hours, and greenhouse owner's name—and submit it to the supervisor.
(4) Rewards and Penalties
① Rewards: The company will provide year-end bonuses to personnel who demonstrate diligence and achieve high log survival rates.
② Penalties: Violations of these regulations will result in appropriate penalties.
