Bagging machines are a relatively new type of equipment developed in recent years. They are used for
filling plastic tubular bags with a diameter of 15-25cm. Compared with manual filling, they offer advantages
such as consistent and uniform filling density, high speed, and high efficiency. Commonly used bagging
machines include:
1. Simple Bagging Machine
A simple bagging machine uses an electric motor to drive a screw shaft to discharge the culture medium
from the discharge cylinder into the plastic bag. Bagging machines with different sized discharge cylinders
are available, allowing manufacturers to choose the appropriate machine based on their cultivation methods.
Multi-functional bagging machines are also available, allowing for interchangeable discharge cylinders and
screw shafts.
2. Press-Type Bagging Machine
A press-type bagging machine loads the culture medium into a cylinder, which then flows into the discharge
cylinder. A pressing device forces the medium into the plastic bag fitted over the cylinder. This type of bagging
machine can also be connected to a mixing machine and a culture medium conveying device for fully
automated operation.
