I. Production Process Flow: Material and seed preparation, greenhouse preparation →

mixing, bagging, sterilization → cooling, inoculation → mycelium growth management →

 fruiting management.

II. Production Cycle Arrangement: Oyster mushroom sowing time depends on local climate.

Ideal sowing temperature is 20-25℃, suitable fruiting temperature 15-20℃, with fruiting

about 40 days after sowing. It can be cultivated in all seasons except summer naturally,

divided into autumn, winter and spring sowing.

Autumn sowing (late Aug-late Sep) is best for large-scale production (fruiting in 35-40 days,

low temperature reduces contamination). Winter sowing (late Oct-late Nov) fruits in 2 months

(late Oct sowing, peak around Spring Festival) or 80-90 days (late Nov sowing, early March next year).

Spring sowing (after Feb) has slow mycelium growth, fruiting in mid-late April.

In northern China, main cultivation period is mid-Aug-early Oct ("seasonal production", easy to manage).

Late Oct sowing is also popular, using nutritious new corn cobs, with better quality, fewer pests and more

stable profits.
