1. Design of a Factory-Scale Bottled Cultivation Room for Flammulina Mushrooms
In factory-scale bottled cultivation, all doors open onto a corridor, typically 2m wide. The walls are spray-coated with polyethylene foam insulation. The racks are arranged in double rows, with aisles around and in the center for easy access and air circulation. The initiation room has seven layers of mushroom beds, with a spacing of 0.40m between each bed. The bud-initiating and cultivation rooms have five to seven layers of mushroom beds, with a spacing of 0.45m between each bed, and the bottom bed is 0.25m above the ground. Rooms can be divided into initiation rooms, bud-initiating rooms, and cultivation rooms based on their intended use.
